Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Deep understanding of tech investment trends and venture capital landscape
