Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum AI, edge computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech integration and carbon-neutral innovation
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Oversee $5M R&D budget allocation for breakthrough projects
- Author white papers on the future of human-AI collaboration for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR or equivalent impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented or industry-disruptive tech innovations
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contract projects
