Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment decisions
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
