Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing concepts
- Experience with ESG frameworks in tech development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning for tech disruption (2020-2030 horizon)
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
