- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month deployment horizons
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology consulting with future-focused methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with C-level executives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
