Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AR/VR) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to enterprise level
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting >$50M
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Certifications in AWS/Azure and Scrum Master preferred
- Experience with federal tech procurement processes
