Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for AI-driven automation and quantum-resistant security systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive ethical technology frameworks ensuring innovation aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and their impact on 2026 digital infrastructure
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and familiarity with MLOps tools
