- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $100M+ market opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to access breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and boards with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and climate risks affecting tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR from emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Strong network with VCs, research labs, and Fortune 500 tech executives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or ecosystem building
