- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neurotech, fusion energy, etc.)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on 2026 tech adoption curves
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation hubs
- Author whitepapers on metaverse governance and decentralized AI ethics
- Optimize ESG-aligned tech stacks for sustainable digital transformation
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years post-quantum focus
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning for black swan tech events
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published research in IEEE Nature Technology Review or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA classified projects preferred
