Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging tech disruptors and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with academic institutions on joint R&D initiatives
- Drive patent portfolio expansion for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching successful tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
