Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027) to build strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to develop future-proof product architectures
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in 2026 ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype quantum-resistant security solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (post-2023)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with emerging tech policy development
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
