Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing of our systems.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and proof-of-concept systems for advanced AI integrations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and technical excellence.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Edge AI into our core stack.
- Roadmap Execution: Define and deliver the technical roadmap aligned with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical project management.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced robotics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving unsolved problems in high-pressure environments.
