- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
