Nexus Future Systems is pioneering the next wave of technological evolution. We are looking for a visionary Future Tech Lead to define our strategic roadmap for 2026. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between theoretical breakthroughs and practical application, leading the charge in integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing into our core ecosystem.
As we approach the 2026 horizon, the line between science fiction and reality is dissolving. You will work alongside world-class engineers, ethicists, and designers to build the infrastructure that will define the future of human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation of a long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AGI, Quantum, and Neural Interfaces that will shape our industry by 2026.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate high-impact technologies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Research & Development Oversight: Monitor global R&D trends and establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Policy & Ethics Compliance: Establish and enforce robust ethical frameworks for emerging tech, ensuring responsible innovation in AI and biotechnology.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the public.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred for this niche).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in high-level strategy, R&D management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI architectures, Quantum mechanics applications, and Next-Gen Hardware integration.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating technological shifts and leading organizations through periods of radical change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
