Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies that will define the next era of enterprise solutions.
- Oversee the development and integration of Generative AI models and autonomous agents into core business infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, data scientists, and software architects to build scalable neural architectures.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring responsible innovation and data privacy compliance.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Drive the research and development of next-gen interfaces, including neural linkages and AR/VR environments.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within a high-tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-availability infrastructure.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and simulation tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
