In this role, you will not simply maintain existing codebases; you will architect the foundational layers of a self-evolving digital ecosystem. You will work alongside world-class engineers and futurists to solve problems that don't yet exist, building the bridge between today's capabilities and tomorrow's reality.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 transition period.
- Architect scalable neural networks capable of autonomous decision-making and learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging tech stacks (AI, Quantum, Web3).
- Predict and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological advancement and legacy debt.
- Oversee the deployment of next-gen security protocols for decentralized systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-scale software engineering or AI research leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural architectures, and AGI concepts.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
