Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor global technology trends to pivot strategies proactively.
- Present technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and innovation management.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, or Blockchain.
- Strong understanding of scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
