Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technological vision for Nexus Horizon, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 market.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Roadmap Execution: Own the technical roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable products on time and within budget.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into product lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify trends and lead teams through the innovation lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
