Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Develop patentable solutions for 2026-era challenges in healthcare, energy, and transportation
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Secure $10M+ in funding for moonshot projects through our venture arm
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, CRISPR-Cas9 optimization, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record of scaling lab innovations to commercial products
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital for deep tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
