Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuro-symbolic AI integration
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals on sustainable tech
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotechnology (FDA/FTC)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with decentralized governance models and DAO ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Ethics from IEEE or ACM
