Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 'Horizon 2026' product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt the market.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward technologies (e.g., AGI, advanced neural interfaces) to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Engineering to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for long-term technology investments.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and 'blue sky' thinking.
- Present complex technical visions to C-level stakeholders and board members to secure buy-in for radical innovation.
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or visionary capacity.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of successfully transitioning experimental concepts into scalable production environments.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated history of thinking long-term and delivering results 3-5 years into the future.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, team building, and cultural change.
