- Lead Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies to ensure they align with our strategic goals for the next fiscal year.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, implementing optimizations to handle high-traffic loads associated with next-gen applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating the value of the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading teams in AI or Future Tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with or interest in Generative AI, Blockchain, or Spatial Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
