Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT to prepare our infrastructure for the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security protocols, and system interoperability across all development teams.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and tools that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred for advanced architectural roles.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Experience with AI/ML frameworks, Quantum computing concepts, or advanced edge computing solutions is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and leading digital transformation initiatives.
