- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural patterns that ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge technologies to be adopted in the 2026 fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges with elegant solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
