- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives, transitioning experimental concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to ensure technical solutions align with global sustainability goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum algorithm libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
