Job Description
We are not just building for today; we are architecting the world of 2026. Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Future Systems Architect to lead the development of next-generation autonomous infrastructure and AI-driven ecosystems. If you are obsessed with scalability, quantum-ready protocols, and the future of human-machine integration, this is your stage.
As a Future Systems Architect, you will define the technical backbone of our 2026 roadmap. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and robust, production-grade engineering. Join a team of disruptors in the heart of Silicon Valley working on projects that will define the next decade of technology.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput for 2026 workloads.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, edge computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing secure, decentralized protocols for global data exchange.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to optimize neural network inference latency in real-time environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a continuous delivery pipeline.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale systems.
- Deep proficiency in systems languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a demonstrated aptitude for post-silicon computing paradigms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business impact.
