Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and communicate the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical debt management to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced AI models) to drive innovation.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience in designing high-availability systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing technical roadmaps.
