Job Description
We are on a mission to engineer the infrastructure for the year 2026. As a Future Systems Architect at Nexus Core, you won't just be maintaining systems; you will be building the resilient, quantum-resistant, and AI-native frameworks required to power the next decade of digital transformation.
Our team is dedicated to pre-empting the technological landscape of 2026, integrating advanced generative AI, post-quantum cryptography, and decentralized consensus mechanisms into our core architecture. If you are a visionary engineer who thrives on solving complex, forward-looking problems, we want to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
- Shape the Future: Directly influence the technical roadmap for a world-class infrastructure project targeting deployment in 2026.
- High Impact: Work on systems that will secure global data and power autonomous AI agents.
- Competitive Compensation: Top-tier salary and equity packages for senior talent.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and quantum computing integration.
- Develop and implement post-quantum cryptography protocols to ensure long-term data security.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to microservices architectures optimized for edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and developers to define technical standards for the 2026 technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Perform rigorous load testing and stress testing to simulate and withstand extreme future traffic patterns.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go for high-performance backend engineering.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and quantum-resistant algorithms (e.g., lattice-based cryptography).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience with blockchain technologies and consensus mechanisms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
