Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the company, identifying key opportunities in AI, Web3, and advanced automation.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and market shifts to predict future industry needs and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, startups, and technology partners that align with our 2026 vision.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and resources dedicated to experimental projects and R&D initiatives aimed at the future.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and board members in a compelling, digestible format.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead the internal 'Future Tech Lab' to prototype concepts and validate assumptions before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a specific focus on long-term trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, and Extended Reality (XR).
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
