Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication ability
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar (e.g., CFCS preferred)
