Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of 2026 strategic initiatives across technology and market domains
- Analyze emerging trends, disruptors, and macroeconomic factors to identify high-impact opportunities
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness metrics
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven success in scaling disruptive initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
