Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic initiatives aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-digital convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Analyze global socioeconomic data to forecast industry disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof principles into core offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders using compelling data visualization and scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives in tech or finance
- Advanced degree in Strategic Studies, Futures Research, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
