Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical shifts to inform long-term strategy
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for potential futures through 2030
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage relationships with innovation partners and academic institutions
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with AI-powered forecasting tools required
