Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead Research & Development in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Computer Vision.
- Define and implement ethical AI frameworks and governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
