Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI models and neural networks capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the strategic implementation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends like Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance models to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct high-level research and proof-of-concepts for next-generation algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and foresight.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
