Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale NLP models (BERT, GPT, etc.) in production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
