- Market Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging trends (AI, automation, decentralized work) to inform long-term business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level vision into actionable quarterly goals.
- Innovation Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive innovation across all business units.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in from the board and employees.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting with a focus on future trends.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
