Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive 2026 roadmap for AI integration across all departments.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends in automation, synthetic data, and human-AI collaboration.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation.
- Collaborate with Engineering and HR to design ethical frameworks for data usage and algorithmic decision-making.

- Design 'phygital' (physical + digital) work environments for our hybrid workforce model.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with a focus on technology.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their implications for the future of labor.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in a scalable environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth tech environments or agile startups.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast market shifts up to 2026.
