Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling high-frequency data streams and complex decision-making loops for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize Performance: Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy in real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering high-impact projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
