Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align future technology adoption
- Research emerging fields (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering) and translate insights into strategic blueprints
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureCast methodology
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients through interactive VR strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Masters in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or tech scale-up
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Design Futures
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks
