Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with UN SDGs and global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for quantum-secure systems and climate-positive tech
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) with $50M+ commercial potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 C-suite executives and academic institutions
- Present foresight analyses to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in agile methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles across product lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite tech leadership with proven $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and sustainable technology adoption
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Scenario Planning and Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (Harvard/MIT/Bloomberg)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for APAC/MEA market expansion
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patent-pending innovations
