- Lead development of 2026+ innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with ESG objectives and market expansion
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused governance frameworks
- Drive global stakeholder alignment across 12+ international tech hubs
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Mentor next-gen innovators through Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 tech or deep-tech experience
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic accreditation
- Expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology forecasting
