Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs and impact metrics
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop and validate breakthrough prototypes with rapid prototyping teams
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an elite innovation lab focused on 2026+ technologies
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Strong financial acumen for innovation ROI modeling and budget leadership
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on innovation strategy or technology trends
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
