- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging market opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
- Champion a culture of experimental learning and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, circular economy
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
