Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the core strategic milestones, product goals, and technological shifts required to dominate the market by 2026.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global technological and economic trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) to predict disruptions and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align the 2026 vision with organizational capabilities.
- Innovation Labs: Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype and validate futuristic business models.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor strategies and emerging market entrants to ensure our 2026 vision remains defensible.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for long-term innovation projects and report on progress toward the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of building long-term roadmaps (3-5 years out) that drive measurable business results.
- Technological Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential commercial applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
