Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Agentic AI and predictive modeling to drive business innovation.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for efficiency, accuracy, and reduced latency.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing enterprise ecosystems using robust API design and microservices architecture.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews for complex AI implementations.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept validation to assess the viability of futuristic AI technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep neural networks, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering robust solutions in fast-paced environments.
