Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and implementation of scalable cloud solutions
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and timelines
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices
- Conduct system troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Drive adoption of modern technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Python)
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with clean coding standards
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
