Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Database: Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
