Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior staff and conduct user training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
