Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including servers, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ employees
- Manage cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations using Python and PowerShell
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience with network administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
